About Me

Hi, I’m Marisa — and for as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the quiet, powerful work of helping people heal, grow, and thrive.

What started as a deep curiosity has grown into a lifelong calling — one that’s seen me walk alongside people through anxiety, loss, big life challenges, and quiet rediscoveries.

It’s work I feel incredibly lucky to do — and after more than 25 years, I still see it as a true privilege.

My Path into Healing

My path into holistic healing began with a fascination for how the mind, body, and spirit connect — and how that connection can help us find peace, clarity, and direction when life feels overwhelming.

Over the years, I’ve woven together a range of tools and techniques to support the people I work with, blending counselling, coaching, integrative hypnotherapy, Reiki, and sound healing — always tailored to what feels right for each person.

How I Work

I’ve been fortunate to train with extraordinary teachers along the way.

Sarah Gregg guided me through my Reiki journey all the way to Master Teacher level and introduced me to the magic of Reiki Drumming — a beautiful, rhythmic way of working that goes deep.

I’ve trained in hypnotherapy with Jure Biechonski at the School of Analytical and Cognitive Hypnotherapy, explored coaching with Jonathan Jay at The Coaching Academy, and continued learning ever since. (Truthfully, I’ve taken so many courses that I’ve lost count — but I never stop learning, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.)

Each experience has added new dimensions to how I support others — blending emotional healing, energy work, and a wide variety of tools to help people move forward.

Life at Wellswill

I live with my partner, Ray, and our three delightfully nutty dogs in our dream Georgian home on the edge of the Sandringham Estate.

As a kinship carer, we share our home with my mum and my young niece. It’s lively, loving, and yes, occasionally a bit chaotic (especially when the football’s on — but that’s a story for another day!)

My beautiful studio, Wellswill, is tucked away in our tranquil garden, surrounded by trees and greenery. Many of my clients call it their “happy place” — a peaceful retreat where they instantly feel calm and at ease.

When I’m Not Working

In my free time, I run a few community groups close to my heart — including a Menopause Café, Kinship Carer Support, and a joyful (and proudly non-singing) choir.

These gatherings offer people a chance to connect, share experiences, and find mutual support — all while filling my heart with joy.

Feeling ready to take a gentle next step?

If something here has resonated with you, I’d love to offer you a space to talk, explore, and find the support that feels right for you.

No cost. No pressure. Just space to talk
