Finding Your Feet offers three focused sessions to help you steady yourself, ease emotional strain, and begin to reconnect with your own strength and clarity.


Whether you’re navigating a period of change, loss, or uncertainty, these sessions provide space to breathe, reflect, and take the first supported steps forward.


After your initial sessions, you’re welcome to continue receiving support, taking each next step at a pace that feels right for you.

Finding Your Way offers six sessions to help you explore what’s been holding you back, rebuild emotional resilience, and move forward with greater calm, confidence, and self-trust.

Can I have counselling sessions online?

Yes — counselling is available either in-person or online via secure video call. You’re welcome to choose the space that feels safest and most comfortable for you.


Do I have to talk about everything straight away?

No. We go at your pace. You only share what feels safe and right for you, when you’re ready. Some people open up quickly, others need more time — both are perfectly normal.


How do I know if counselling is right for me

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, grieving, questioning your direction, or simply longing for a space to be heard, counselling can offer the support you need. You don’t have to have a specific “problem” — sometimes the need for reflection and emotional connection is enough.


Will you give me advice or tell me what to do?

How long will I need counselling for?
