~ A gentle space to simply be ~

Immersive Mindfulness

Step into stillness and let the noise fade away.

Wellswill glows quietly at the end of the day — soft lights, calming scents, and a stillness that welcomes you in.

You’re met at the door, invited to settle, and gently held by the atmosphere that unfolds around you.

Each session offers a carefully crafted mindfulness experience — guided visual journeys paired with soothing sounds, cosy surroundings, and the comfort of resting alongside others who are also seeking space to breathe and reset.

Soft blankets, a reclining chair, music that settles into your bones. The outside world gently slips away — and for a while, there’s nowhere else you need to be.

As the session closes, we gently return together — with tea, space to share (or simply sit quietly), and time to ease back into the evening at your own pace.

When: The last Friday of every month, 7:00–8:30pm

Shared Reflections

In Case You’re Wondering

If you’re new to mindfulness, group sessions, or simply wondering what to expect, here are a few gentle answers to common questions. Take your time — and know you’re always welcome, just as you are.

Do I need any experience?

No — you don’t need to have done mindfulness or visualisation before. Each session is fully guided, and there’s nothing you need to know or prepare.

What should I bring?

Just yourself. Everything you need — from blankets to herbal tea — is provided. You’re welcome to bring a journal if you like, but it’s entirely optional.

What if I feel emotional or unsettled during the session?

It’s completely natural for emotions to surface during deep rest. You’re in a safe, supported space, and everything is held gently. You’re welcome to sit quietly, share, or simply rest — whatever feels right.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. Many people attend alone — the space is warm, welcoming, and supportive. You’ll be gently greeted and guided through everything.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens. If you need to cancel, just let us know as soon as possible so your space can be offered to someone else. I will always try to offer you an alternative experience to suit your schedule.

If something about this feels right, follow it.

You don’t need to have it all figured out — just a sense that it’s time to rest, to soften, to return to yourself.

Come and join us at Wellswill Cottage — your next chapter might begin with a single pause.
